NO sound

Sometimes when I start crossfire, I don't have all the sounds...

I can't hear: guns, breath, footsteps
I can hear: headshot, double kill, 'aaah' when I die ^^, fire in the hole! ...


If it happnes I restart my laptop, but does anyone knows a better/permanent solution?


Gonna reboot now, hope that someon answered if i'm back ^^

    Well... I'm not sure what the problem is but I have a solution which doesnt require rebooting your laptop every single time... I have a tool bar on my laptop that allows me to change the volume... I just toggle it from mute to unmute during the game and sure enough, the sound comes back on.
