Be patient guys, the ribbon system is still new so it's a bit buggy. It's the holidays though, and staff is off. When Saidin is back I'll inform him for you guys, for now happy holidays and be patient!

You have never been banned in-game for any reason (this includes bans for account investigations aswell)
