Hack reports go unnoticed!!!

I am beginning to grow tired of the incompetent service at Crossfire/Z8 games. I have submitted around 10 clear cut cases of hacking (with replays shown and other evidence) this week alone. I am talking about people who shoot through walls and kill everyone on your team instantly and people who jump through walls-hide in them- and proceed to shoot out of them(this is the non-glitching kind). When I submit these kind of reports to Z8 games they entirely go ignored. How would I know this? I can look up the name of the hacker in the Clan/Player tab and take note of the last time they played crossfire. When I notice that the hacker(s) continue to play crossfire at regular intervals I know their account has not been banned (even temporarily) and that nothing has been done to prevent them from hacking again. Thanks for nothing Crossfire Administration Team!
