Guns Malfunctioning

So I got a few guns from the crates for 7 days...I haven't played with them and they are malfunctioning already and asking me to repair them...any suggestions?

i think its coz u won the gun already, then broke it and got it again, send a support ticket and they should become repaired

what?? this sucks..i dont buy crates and the only time i get them from like events and daily missions, i cant use the guns..i never bother repairing the crate guns cause i make more money by breaking them...this sucks if i have to keep sending tickets everytime i win guns
