mytreat prepaid visa card (help?!)

so i bought a $25 mytreat prepaid visa and i'm not sure if it will work to deposit because i tried it and it won't work!!

this is the error i get
This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations.

i typed in everything correctly including my adress, number, name, etc... help?

Yer i got a 50$ prepaid visa card from my sister for christmas and i tried just then to use it but got the same error

if you find a solution post a reply i really want the 5k bp

answer:

I GOT IT. You have to go to the website and register, it says you dont, but you do. the site i had to go to (because RBC) was www.myrbccardbalance.com and register. might not be the same for you. i hope this helps!
