Hack Report automatically given status of: "CLOSE"

Sorry, but what exactly does this mean? Are my hack reports not even being looked at? I have a crystal clear case of hacking/abuse with screen shots and replays - but what good does it do if the administrators don't care?

Hack reports are automatically set to close and there isn't usually a reply to the ticket, but they do get checked still.

And you know this for sure... I thinking they just delete them...
