z8points not working?

i used paymo and it says i have payed the $11 for the 10897z8 points, but on the loading screen it is stuck at $9.00 of 11 but on my fone i got the final txt saying "thanks, your purchase is complete"

but i got no z8points and the page still aint even moved -.-
