cant switch clan/leave

hi, im stuck in a glitch and cant join a clan/leave the one im in, i left the clan im in and it says im still in the clan in game but when i click on my clan it says im not in a clan i want to join another clan but the apply button isnt there...any way after a while i saw the apply button to my friends clan so i applied but it says im allready in the clan, but im not can someone assist? thanks in advance
