now once i deleted crossfire and wait 2 hours for it to redownload it doesn't work it says program failed to download correctly wtf now what do i do????????? where is the help i have put money on this game before i would like a solution that is easy to fix please

Socket error: W[2000]L[10053]

What is this? It is the only thing stopping me from entering the game. When my HGW thingy starts it goes up to 66% before it says Socket error: W[2000]L[10053].
