Lost weapons?account reseted?

hey there
its been a year i guess since i logged into my crossfire account nd when i did log on into the game it asked me to create a ingame nickname the one u gotta make when u start fresh... and my weapons were all gone???? :S :@ why did this happen wat is the SOLUTION? wat can i do to get my weapons rank and ingame money back?

also one of my weapons in my other account also didnt log into a year or so back. nd that one weapon is missing but i still have my rank nd ingame money??
