I sent a support tickect like 3 weeks ago no Reply
It was about my account being hacked.
I hAd all the stuff correct and for the username part
Was I suppose to put the one for the one that got hacked
Or the one I was using?
Help I'm lOosing my mindd

Enter the required information for the hacked account. Not the one you were using. Resubmit a ticket. It shouldnt take 3 weeks and most likely got lost.

When I try to.
It asks for the security stuff for the account I'm using
