Lag!!!

My ping there two weeks ago was 160 in the delta server, now no lower than 200.
Does anyone know why so much lag? Or any way to improve the ping?

The speed of my internet is 15mb and 1mb upload rate +.
Only two weeks ago that I got this 200 + ping, I waited to post here because I thought it would come back to normal, but not returned. : (
