How could he get that badge and he's still in that rank ?

The badges are new, and a bit glitchy, it's just a glitch that allowed him to show it, even though he probably didn't get all the kills needed.

Pro ? to get a badge, you have to kill and get exp .. getting exp = increase your level.. Got it ? and his level is still noob. Use your brain

I just needed a mod to answer and he did.
It was a glitch, not "awesomeness"
