Best server for brazilians

Hi guys, i'm from Rj(Brazil), and I have an ask, in normal servers, like Echo, Bravo and Alpha, my ping is very high (250 for more), and my computer is good, and my internet is very good too (2 Megabytes my internet) and ... I have lag too much, my Fps stay on 150 140. And ... is It, i want know what is the best server for I player ... Alpha ? Uk ?
