My game crashes help plz

I have a serious problem with the ping and fps for 3 or 4 days, my game started to freeze after about 3 or 4 that I feel the same, the server disconnects me,said to have an error in connection to the server, and I disconnected from the game, this has been happening to me recently, and I would fix it because sometimes I can play perfect I have these problems when the ping me up to more than 1.4 k +. And try reinstalling the game, but unfortunately still the same problem.
