K/D ratio

Hey guys,

I might be a noob to the game, but i know how to count.

My question is how many times can one player die on a 9 round mission? You would think it would be 9 being that once killed you sit out until the next round. I have been noticing for the past while that your score reports that you have been killed many more times than that.

I am unsure of the forum rules, but I hope the following link is allowed. It is to my Flickr to observe the screen shot which I uploaded to back up my theory.

I highlighted the areas of interest, being my K/D score. If anyone could give a proper answer to this I would be most grateful. This isn't the 1st time i noticed it. Just thought enough was enough.
