i just installed windows 7 and it is having some ping issues what can i do to fix it
i went from 35-40 ping to 80-120

go into task manager and and show process from all users (so you get admin) and then when CF is up right click on it and make it low priority or below normal

For me turning of IPv6 Protocol in Internet Connection setup worked well..
