For one, I'm not arguing. I'm simply stating they are human, and problems don't get fixed by shaking your hips and blinking.
There is times when it is stated if there is issues, but incase you haven't looked around, it's late for them, and they aren't around as it is night time. If your problems occur at night, then of course it won't be looked into that night, so they won't post. It's whether they feel it's a big enough problem. I'm not saying there isn't night staff, there is, but they don't use the forums.
You guys don't need to know everything going on during a "Maintenance" that is enough for you guys. They usually sometimes even state if it is a bigger security fix, they'll mention it.
But dang man, you're sticking your nose in a bit to much, you don't need the details, you don't work there, to everyone a "Maintenance and Server Update" is enough.
Finding out is pretty simple, if you crash you crash. That's not hard. Considering most the game doesn't use the forums.
So then what stops them from seeing the threads in the morning? The staff from telling them its something they should do something about? I see no excuse there as its not the first time this has happened and we all know it. Fine, I can live with just knowing 'server maintenance', but this act of just letting it slide unnoticed for these crashes is unacceptable. It only shows how poorly involved with the players this company is.
If I crash, I lose not only time, but money invested into a game I enjoy, the least I can get in return is an explanation. If crashing was such a small thing, why did people get ****y over the y2k? Just a bug after all.
Main point of the matter I'm going to point out is then Rex, what stops YOU from making note of such? Your here, your clear and have the power. And, you can moderate the simple posts into one place. Easy. -
He may be sticking his nose in others' business, but he brings up some valid points. A lot of times, we don't hear about any known server issues (I don't mean bugs; I know we have a whole section for things like that). The game crashes, and everyone's kinda left scratching their heads. I can live without CF; I'm just saying that sometimes, I just wish I knew what's going on with the servers.

this is a free game, and if you read the what z8/g4 w/e it is called says when you make an account you could know that you have no right to know, this is company problem nothing to do with you, also even if you invest money in this game in the long run it does not matter, it wont give you special privileges since from the beginning you account is owned by the company that makes cf. -

I've moderated forums before. If things hadn't been let loose they wouldn't have had such a problem with organization. Plus, being understaffed is an issue for such as well. Another company flop. Still doesn't stop them from telling higher ups. One of my topics on the ToS was hidden under a pile by such moderation only to Saidin's surprise of never being notified of such. Lovely staff.
And despite popular belief, anyone who invests money into any company is protected by consumer rights. They are involved regardless. Anyone even buying a cheeseburger at McDonald's can do a number if they find something wrong.
Haha, but there's one funny thing abut that there. Considering us English speakers are the minority, if you check, the ToS and ToA is in English and only such. However if you go to register a new account you will see A Brazilian flag option for their pleasure. Goes to show that they don't care if foreigners read their ToS/A or not, otherwise they would have made such important notes multilingual.
This is the sort of company we deal with. Love the game, hate the company. And i will keep biting their toes till I see things fixed. -
and its funny that if you click on the "brazilian" flag you see the "United States" flag on the corner, does that mean that they also put it there to make the Br's feel bad >:Oa number if they find something wrong.

Clearly you don't seem to realize the number of gaps this company has. The fac that they omit such changes is ridiculous, and then Saidin has the nerve to say french ToS is on the priority list. FRENCH! Do we SEE a french flag even on the registration page? Why did they specifically put a Brazilian flag on such a page considering this game is intended for NA/UK players? Someone lost a bit of logic there.

lets see, they put the Br flag there cause they could'nt/would'nt get the rights to have a server built in SA, now that you know that. They are looking for income, SA offers a lot of income, why would they not put a Br flag there, if they cant built a server there then just let them come to ours.Clearly you don't seem to realize the number of gaps this company has. If it has a stock and you have enough money you can probably buy 51% of the shares (yay!) and take this game over, but that many shares will be pricey. -

Still doesn't explain why they weren't smart enough to ALSO put the ToS/A in their native language as well. If they want them to generate that much revenue they should also know the rules. And if FRENCH is clearly a priority for such first then the french people are clearly generating more notable points then eh? God knows they are important enough to get the ToS/A translated for them but not even a simple reg page.
Personally I don't see them ever getting the licenses for such a country any time soon if any. But IF they do, it will probably be one of the few smart moves this company has done to date. And such logic it is to allow foreigners to come to servers designed for locals to stress the systems and aggravate the local players. Truly another smart move. lol -

Totally agreed with you bro, I been trying to ask many GM's about this problem. Saidin in the other side did answered me about this BR Flag, he told me he didn't had any idea how it ended up there through the switching of the hosting sites from Subagames to Z8Games. I still do believe Saidin do know how it ended it up there and why it had to be "BR" instead of that "French" as their top priority said, it was clearly made in the intension of marketing the game, BR has expensive games while in NA and UK are cheaper so this make more BR's join in to CF and buy ZP this is a good money to the company and its not gonna die anytime soon.
What I don't understand is why they would help another countries that are not North Americans when they are not allowed to supply them with their own servers because of not approved rights from Brasil.
We the NA community would love a restricted server that will allow the capp of pings to only allow low pings/stable rather than 14 players with 180Pings in each room, but then again this has been questioned to Z8Games and they said its not that important compared to the Laggers that make them money. So then again, we lost because laggers has the most influence in spending money in this game than we do, so we can't have a restricted server to play with our own pings only. -

i guess its a great move to make a server near/at the #1 hacking country, smart move.......
also, what their doing seems to be working since most of the players are happy with the current cf, the only thing they complain about is hacks, but then again who can stop those in this age.
the only people complaining are those who have invested a great portion of their live into this game, as well as money, those hopeless people that want to fill the void in them by complaining about something they have no knowledge about, and no right to know about -

I never said they weren't smart with being successful, I'm just saying they got really lazy on the way to such. In that essence, yes they are smart in their marketing scheme. Something I give them kudos to, many people didn't think CF would take off.
And to be perfectly honest, the hacking system is better than most give it credit for. Creating a server for them would be smart. Why? The BR's would be happy and so would we. The fluxuation of hacks wouldn't change simply because of such, and even if it did, they probably would prefer to go on their local servers to properly reg, like any smart person would.
The problem is out of the population, which do you look at for those who rage about the game? How many of those are foreigners? We are the minority. Which sadly is an odd tipped balance of what it should have been. It looks small, because in comparison, we ARE small. Which has been the company's fire lately. "Be quiet, the -majority- of people are fine." Is the tone these days. We are not the majority. They; the foreigners, are. So of course, everything but the lack of a server for them is enough. They don't complain about their own lagg after all. They reg fine to their other equally high pinged buds.
*Huffs.* Bah... i realize how off topic this is getting and I'm going to quit while I'm ahead. I've long since cooled down and I personally don't want to get any bad blood going. Sorry if I riled you up in any way. -

In terms of CF. There's really only three classifications. NA Players, UK players, everyone else. The majority of the game is the 'Everyone else' now. Not the once upon a time NA players the game was intended for so long ago.
You will see at most, 1 NA player for every 15 foreign players in a room on average. Got enough screen shots of my general public games to back such statements up. Usually I'm the only one with two digit ping on our home servers. -
go to west coast server, i don't know if its changed since i haven't played in almost a month, but when i played there almost everyone was under 100, it was like 14 two digit gamers and 2 3 digit gamers per game, the community there is small so you will get to know everyone fast, and if you're a gm'er then tell maple to show you around and tell him ]J[ sent you, he my bishIn terms of CF. Haha well I guess I'll have to see. I still maintain my double digits in both WC and Miami, so its usually not a big deal being there, might do so if such a case arises. I'm quite a heavy GM player actually. Practice alot and even went on par with some panthers. I got my good and bad days though. I'm no where near the best. I'll be sure to look for this 'Maple' XD And tell them their master calls for them. ^..^ -
Just to make a simple response,
Just about every thread on these forums are read by both a MOD and a GM.
They don't always reply because there are many, and some are just pointless, that it's a waste, it's a known issue, Only someone with a mental illness would not be able to see it with all the threads that people are having issues.
So stay the heck calm, and be patient. The fix will come when the problem is found.
