run-time error 5

i start game and it says run time error 5. Invalid procedure call or argument. and the options are ok. i click okay and it all closes. please help

use game booster.
Go to windows update and turn dem on.
Reinstall CF without antivirus on and turn back on after install.
Restart computer.
Play CF?

jeez man, u dont have to do all that? o.O

Just ctrl+alt+delete then go to task manager look under procesess
find either pathercf, crossfire.exe or HGWC and click end process!

Those are default trouble shooting tips.
If one doesn't work you go on to the next one.

Yeah but say if someones cf wasn't loading and the problem was fixed by just disabling there anti virus?

and u told them to completely reinstall crossfire?

Its just a waste of time?
