I get that error mostly when my CF crashes but I never got banned of it

So the manual banned you, send replays of you playing in these past last weeks
And show them your sk!lls that all i can say

Or buy 10k zp on your banned acc and the will unban you with in 7 days (It seems z8games loves the money more the fair play..seen some screenshot of people getting unbanned after having 10k zp on there acc's so maybe it's true or photoshop it's probably true...)

I don't even know where to begin telling you how fail these few paragraphs are...

A screenshot of an error doesn't seem to be an evidence of your legitimacy. If the autoban system banned you then you actually used an illegal third party program with CrossFire.

Obviously the person who is quoted saying this has never been in a position like this. Honestly, anyone who is in this position is going to be mad. And he is not insulting them, he is pleading.

He raises a strong point though, when is the last time a GM personally spoke to you about anything, or announced something that satisfied you as a individual? Yes there have been many time that they have done great things, but events like this should be noted. Every patch, I see that people have great things to say, but their view is never even acknowledged. I see that rather, the occasional patches are either in the favor of the CF game (Camo-Famas) or in the favor of a select few which are supposedly chosen as our representatives.

Really though? If you had any sketchy programs or code for that matter it wouldnt have mattered... Also, to prove them is to go to that supposed site of the "hack" that you own and prove to them that the program with the code is not a hack.

I know the developers have a hard time in preventing hackers and banning those that do hack. But what happened to innocent until proven guilty?

This system clearly prefers the guilty until proven innocent method, even if a mistake has been made which incorrectly says your guilty and it seems it is impossible to prove your are innocent.

Maybe the developers can explain how a person can prove they are innocent, and what they will do if and when you are innocent?

I've read the terms and conditions policy for z8games and absolutely everything in there is just to protect z8games. It has nothing to say what rights a customer has who pays money for the services and what z8games will do if it makes mistakes. It seems with these type of online services people have no rights at all. Unfortunately in creating an account you accept those terms and condition otherwise you can't play.

If they want to ban you or close your account they can do it whenever they feel like it and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

You would think is a very bad advertising for a company which trying to make money. In any other type of sales when you purchase something part of that value is to receive warranty and support if something goes wrong, this is part of the sales of goods act but this obviously does not apply to virtual currency in games or at least in the countries where the game is produced/licensed.

Just because you can use software for free, it seems they do not have to worry about providing a decent support service. It's free so if problems occur, tough. But then if you purchase something for that software, a license, a registration or items to enhance the software, you are then paying that company which are providing a service to you and then they should be providing a suitable level of service of support in return if your purchase has problems.

i agree....cross fire staff ...they have better things to do like finding a way to prevent the new "WALK AND SHOOT THRU WALLS" hack in order to be hacked again! Ever since i play ( more than 2 years) their anti hacking systems lasted no more than 1 (one ) week. IS IT SERIOUS??????
