join clan error

i've already sent a support ticket away but maybe someone here can tell me if this is happening with them and maybe know if tehre is something i can do to fix it (although i dont think it has anything to do with me, as ive tried on 2 diff comps and same thing)

so when i try join my clan, instead of joining i get some sort of error page -
