Badges still......

My badges are totally messed up. My third time posting this and sent 2 support tickets. I disconnect when I kill someone with a meelee weapon, shotgun, and a smg. I dont even have the badge: Soldier A 1 or the Sniper A 1. I am extremely fustrated and no I tried logging in on the same account and on a different computer and it is the same. Also my badges change everytime i change my macro. I cannot participate in events nor can i truely enjoy CF fully. If you need more evidence A Moderator Please Private Message me for account info.
