Urgent help!

Ok, so i was running Crossfire the day before the patch for Thanksgiving came out, and i had an error that would'nt let me get in game. So i restarted my laptop and re-tried and it happened again. This kept happening! So i uninstalled CrossFire and deleted all the CrossFire folders and tried re-installing it. It would download smoothly. Took about 7 min. And right when it said 1 sec remaining it freezes! After a while it un freezes and still says 1 sec remaining! How come the wizard instillation thing wont pop up? what do i do!? help!
