Is that problem just for XP users ? I've Windows XP and thats it!!
If its going to take some time to fix it. freeze the time of my ZP items then.. It's not fair at all!!

After I applied the new patch

and at the Step 4 at HGW loading

an Error Message appeared

" Failed to connect to server : W[2003] L[0] "

note : I've Re-install the game after I receive this error
and still appeared !!

The game's login server isn't online yet, that's why.

Keep track of the servers here.
Once they're all online, you may patch and play away.

There'll usually be an announcement from Saidin, concerning the status of the game, before it goes online, so look out for those.
