Good connection but high ping

Hi, i have little problem. One week ago i was normal playing cross fire with ping 80,90. But since something about 3 days i have mega big ping. In uk servers is something about 260, yesterday this was 350. My internet is still good, i checked it. I have opened ports on windows firewall and router. I dont have and idea how to fix it ;/

I can add that i on echo server have ping 150 (others people have 300) and there i have play, but this is no good ;/

PS. I'm from Poland, near to Germany and Russia
PS2. i think that was started since i installed uTorrent or Service pack 3 for XP
PS3. On UK Clan server i have still normal ping but probably higher (95)
