Crate - You received Mutation Grenade, but not really!

Since the patch in mutation mode when I pick up a crate and it tells me I have received a Mutation Grenade from the crate, I don't have the Mutation Grenade. That crate doesn't give you anything now.

The other crates work fine, Gatling, Thompson, Primary Weapon ammo, M60ADV, AnacondaADV, etc.

Anyone else experience this?
