Y do my coupons vanish

ok so i had 97 coupons this was in october btw and i got a few more i had 100 something thn i cliked exchange i dc'd and came back and only like 2 coupons were left now i have 43 but z8 messaged me back and said w8 5 days thn repost this so i did w8 and nothing so i reposted thn they messaged me back and this jst makes me mad they said we mite not be able to get them back (wtf!) now i havnt seen thm i reposted only like 4 days ago and thts what they said omg thts bs i spent money for them...
