Disconnecting From Server

Hi ive been disconnecting in game for a long time now, due to "Incorrect map info" and all the other reasons its giving lol. Ive tried everything i could that have been posted in the forums an nothing works. Im running on a Acer Tower, with Windows Vista 32Bit. I have a WebStar Modem (Cable) an im connected directly to my tower through a Ethernet Cable. I have no router. So if you could help me i would really appreciate it.
