Support Ticket Confusion.

My support ticket has been updated instead of now saying "Open" under Status it now says, "Close".

Now, in the English language Close can mean to different things but still spelt the same so... Does it mean:

Close; Close the door behind you

Close; Don't get to close to the edge

Any help would be appreciated.
