Account get hacked!

Hello,

i need your help pls.

The account of my friend get hacked and we don't know how to recover the password, because someone has changed the e-Mail adress.
And i dont know which categorie of the support tickets i have to take!

Pls i really need your help!!

Accounts don't get hacked, you give your information away intentionally or unintentionally, or aquire yourself a nice keylogger trying to download hack's.

yey but how can i recover my password now?
if i write my e-Mail adres which i normally use in then a totaly wrong account information shows up!
