M4 Custom vs M4 Silver

I found myself sitting in storage for 5 minutes debating whether to pack the custom or silver with me.

What's your take on this?

Is any one superior to the other?

I would choose custom over silver anytime.

I don't use Custom because I don't like the spray pattern and I can't use it in scrims anyway

Because it's a BM weapon. But yeah.. Imo it's a bit too accurate.

Aren't all the M4A1s very accurate? xD

They added the extra recoil and made the spray pattern random to balance it out.

Whatever I understand why they would ban it..

If what you say is true. (custom has more recoil/random spray pattern).

Then Custom = accurate 1 shot or 2 shot bursts from a distance (with or w/o scope) Superior in S&D.

Silver = 3 shot bursts/ spray.. Better than custom in GM. Since you spray more in gm than you would in S&D.

Back then the M4-C used to be 4-5 shots almost in the same spot and with the scope 6-8.

Now its 2-3 and 4-5

make sure it compliments your outfit too, M4-custom imho looks best on the Darker Blue Grs, and M4-Silver with the brighter Grs

Also, I would use M4 silver.
The slight power increase comes useful in some situations.
