Missing ZP ?

I tryed 3 times to purchase 1688 ZP with SMS and i dont got my ZP.I am from bulgaria i lost 12.40 BGN cuz 1 SMS is 4.80BGN.Please do something.I want that ZP or my Money back...

i dont know if the thread is for here but i want answer will i reseave that Zp or my money back?

i writed that in suport web form too but noone answered me

You dont get an instant reply. You have to wait. Also, they dont work weekends o wait until next week.

oh that sux cuz im in home only at the weekends cuz im studying in other city :X well do u know why i didnt get my ZP and i lost my money ? becose that kinda sux they got the money and i dont get the ZP

I honestly have no idea. But don't worry, you will be refunded or receive the ZP you paid for.

.I just hope i will realy be refunded or reseave my ZP.

Dont worry, you will. Its all about patient. Support can take a few days to reply. Youll get a refund by the end of next week.
