Hi i need help but i dont know where to go. I purchase the functional item to change my name but my browser close at the moment and i didnt changed my name and it charged me the zps. Please help me out i dont want zps all i want is to change my name to -Cuban- Legend, if you can help me out i would really appreciate it!

Is any Mod, Admin that can help me in this? i am frustrated, it been 3 days and i had no support from a game that i had spent money in. The system took my zps and didnt chnaged my name, i dont want zps all i want is to change my name.

Go to mall, and under your ZP and BP amoutn there should be a button called "My Items" click that and it will be there.
