Weapons and Itens Disappear!!!!!!!

An error occurred at the time that I would enter a room, and appeared as follows: "You can not start game without a primary weapon. Please buy one.". Then, accessing the storage, I noticed that all my weapons, char and items, simply disappeared. On the site of z8 in my profile still exist, but in the game, including the M16, knife, gone. All bags are empty. There appears absolutely nothing! Someone can tell me what can be?

Complementation

Just as complementary information, I've accessed on other computers, and the same error occurs. My brother with his account accesses normally.

Is there anyone who can help me? My biggest concern is why my account is the rank of lieutenant colonel. And I have six pages on the site of the Z8, with guns!

Ive never heard of this.

Since this is an account issue, you'll need to submit a ticket and they should be able to help you.

Try and get some screenshots of the error to show them

Okay, I already own some scrennshots and be sending them. Thank you for your attention.
I hope they can solve, because I can tell you that this account has at least one of each weapon type, all the weapons available in CF.
