i tried to buy zp for crossfire and it said that i couldnt for some reason and that i would not be credited for the failed transactions. But i did get charged not once but twice because i tried again so i want the points for one of those times and money back because i only wanted the 20k zp and not 2 of the 20k zp.I like this game (alot) it is way better than this other game i play called soldier front. but i feel like i was just scammed because i got nothing for my money!!

You need to send a support ticket as no account/buying zp issues are dealt with on the forum.

Chose Account, then Billing / Purchased and fill out the form.

Unfortunately the support system is quite slow. You might need to give it a couple of weeks which I know is not a great help.

By the way, are you sure you have no reply, as many people are not aware of how to find the reply? Is the ticked you sent still open or closed?

I had same problem. If it deal about zp points, it may take 2-3 weeks for an answer. Mine took same and the answer was .... "We can't deal about zp between accounts" and the other one "Impossible to answer" or smthing like that

I really like this game but........
