Slow Jump Speed

Hello, I have encountered a problem in jumping in CrossFire. While jumping in any direction (exept backwards) sometimes, my jumps slow my speed as if I were walking instead of running. Sometimes they don''t. I don''t understand how this works, and is this normal?

While I jump, I either just lift in the air, and keep going (normal jump) or I just slow down to walk speed (or even less) and than lift in the air and fall back down (the weird issue with jump) without any pattern as it seems. Some jumps just do reduce speed, some don''t.

What can be done to fix it?
