Mutants slowed or humans sped up?

which was it? or maybe a combination of the two. Just wondering cause I can definatly feel it but didn't see anything in the patch notes, hopefully someone with some real inside info could comment. I like it though makes me able to win against more mutants though it has caused more noobs to QQ and call me a hack but whats new.

who gives...i never play mutant, because in real life, people turn in to huge green ugly men (even if they were female at first) when they get donkey punched by another huge green ugly man

or maybe I simply ment that dissin a mode because its not realistic when this is a GAME is pretty ridiculous

Did some MM today for the missions. I think the humans were sped up slightly and mutants also slowed down a tad too.
They run at pretty much the same speed now.
