Missing ZP Items(please read GM)

I have problems like missing items. I have won AWM Red Dragon a month ago(and no answer to the ticket) and recently also the AK SCOPE.But i have already 2 tickets opened,what can i do?
This thread is for Gm(especially) I've sended the tickets under:
Game->Crossfire->TECHNICAL SUPPORT

i did a mistake in something?

Usually it take 3 day for a response then another 3 month when they tell you a lame excuse and another 9month till you might get your weapon back
