Tab -> Ping´s!

Hey guys

How do i watch my Kd ratio and my ping while gaming ??
I m from germany and i got an german keyboard , so my friends told me
to change the Language ... And i´d changed it to EN English (USA) ...
But it still doesnt works

can someone give me the right way to change it ?

Hes right i am english, but living in germany running english xp. Not only cant i tab to get ping but everytime i change server or start program must redefine keys.E.G although says "space" to jump it doesnt work but when i redefine it pushing my keyboard it spacebar it says "leer(german for space)" and then it works .same goes for ctrl alt etc,all these buttons dont work until redefined.have requested an answer for this on pm.i would love to know also what my in game ping is but seems no solution in sight.:-(
