I done over 30 escape matches but still haven't gotten my 2 free crate so im asking when the hell do i get it?

I cant get my last letters in daily mission i taken them several times but it stucked what should i do plz Help

It's random choice of letters. Just keep doing the daily mission until you get the letter.

Keep doing the mission and as for the escape matches, I'm not sure but make sure you didn't disconnect/Client not responding.

i havent gotten mine either and was wondering when we get the crates?

Isually we get the crates right after the event. This time there are no crates at all for me...
