Bought Zp and received GP....

I have reported this, and Saidin said they were gonna fix it, but they still haven't give me the correct Zp code.. so I'm here posting so a GM can see it and try to fix my problem. I already submitted a report about it and its been 2 days almost 3...

I bought a 20k Zp code and received 40k Gp+ Namecard hazard. -.-

Waiting to see if a GM can finally help me/us, its not that hard I put every single information and transaction id that was asked for, even a screenshot and still can't get this fixed.

Playspan is Hiding and not responding to our replays its been a week+......

This is still not fixed and its been 5days, Z8gGames wont give me the Zp as it seems to be Playspan problem, but the big problem is that Playspan is ignoring all of us and is not responding to our replay.

Don't use Playspan anymore. I know that's not a great solution but don't give them your business if they don't deserve it. How does Playspan work? Is a credit card processing company... or? Because there are ways to get your money back.

I never trusted PlaySpan. I think we should Boycott it until it fixes it's problems.

I only use Paypal. Nothing else. If I use Paypal, I know I can get my money back from Paypal or my bank if something goes wrong within Crossfire.

Actually given the legal background with Paypal, I would much rather trust Playspan then Paypal. I always tend to pick the lesser of two evils. Paypal has had some serious legal issues in the past with seizing customers bank accounts. Including a number of class action law suits against Paypal.
