Change your screen resolution. Not sure what brand you have. I have Windows 7. eMachine monitor, should have buttons on the right side of your monitor.

Since you stated that you're not getting a full screen in game then you will need to adjust your resolution. My monitor/computer automatically adjusts the resolution for me and, I'm assuming, for others that have Windows 7. In the event that your monitor doesn't adjust your resolution for you, you'll need to do it manually. If you need help adjusting your resolution, let me know.
