Entered correct ESN code, never received zp.

I got the same exact issue. My main thing is that these guys decided that my 20 bucks was much better paid for with 40k GP instead of 20k zp

You received 40k Gp, its a Playspan esn code problem and its still not fixed. I have the same problem all I want is that 20k zp to be in my account before I start making this kind of posts on each forum.

Seem this is a big issue with playspan. There is a huge number of issues in the playspan bug database on this. They really like to drag their feet on support at playspan.
