Account blocked due to hacking

Hello,

my account was banned today.I didnt hacked and i dont have
any hack programms on my pc.I leaved crossfire open today
and startet other programms like teamspeak.
I think the "good" new auto detecting programm detectet my programms
like Teamspeak, Skype and others as a hack and banned me.
I swear, i didnt hacked. And i think this is a bad failure.
So please unban my account and in the future i will close
crossfire always when im not playing.
