Weird problem...
Well, I have not any virus or spyware on my PC, also, my connection is right, 4020 kbps download, 406 kbps speed. But playing on UK Servers, I get my normal ping (80), but sometimes, when I join to any game, it stays at 190 (stable), and it's very laggy, I don't know what is happening, cuz if I rejoin the server, it gets fixed sometimes.
Wheres the problem? It's a server problem? It's my problem? my connection is right, I don't know....

Its server problem, happens to me too.
Dont need to rejoin, you just have lagg in some rooms, if you see you have lagg in a room change to another room -
How you know i speak spanish..?

u run background programs or someone else in ur household DL something? -

No, I have sometimes another computer (laptop) with any program like MSN only, sometimes with firefox opened. But it isn't the reason of 190 ping, it's probably a server problem as shadow said before.
