No answer to ticket
I've been sending a ticket to support in order to explain them a problem of account and zp points (problem can be found here http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=99477).
I've been waiting an answer since 4-5 days. And the support claim having a fast answer in about 2 days.
IS the support on holydays? if not, how the can send you back an answer?
