Reporting system = no good
I have reported 2 speedhackers about 4/5 days ago and I've saved the link of the profile of these hackers. What did I notice? That they're still playing with these accounts after 4/5 days!
I mean what the f***?! If I report someone, he should be banned immediately and okay, the moderators are getting a big load of reports. But who cares?! After 4/5 days still playing as a hacker says enough about the reporting system! I'm pretty ****ed off because of this. And I'm not the only one...!
I'm was thinking that the game moderators/developers are making big work of anti-cheating but now I'm starting to think that they are doing nothing! They're only making new patches with more guns, more maps etc. But the hacking issue is way more important then new patches!!!

Some of you guys Are possibly giving out a bad support ticket or maybe in the wrong catagory.
They look at what the hacker is doing and What time hes doing it at. If you dont have the right facts, it will backfire on you.

Okay, let's say I give a bad support ticket. How can I know that the support ticket is bad? If I keep making the same mistakes and thousands of other players keep on making the same mistakes, how can we know that? We never get a response like: 'Oh, you forgot something' or 'We have not seen a hacker, so nobody is banned' or like 'Thank you, your support ticket was good, now he's banned'.
So this reason is a bad reason. If players give bad support tickets, they should learn their mistakes by getting responses. -

So tell me any moderator, WHY are these things still NOT FIXED?! Is it a laziness of some people?! Is it the money?! Is it the amount of feedback you need?!
Laggs, hacks, BUGS (LIKE HOST ERRORS), glitches, vote kick system, report system, amount of resolutions are things I'm get mad of because this isn't getting fixed!! -
Crossfire dont care about cheats
I play this game since the beginning. I spent a lot of money for (about 100 $). But since the cheats came and no one cares about them, i dont spend my money for cf any longer...
About a Year ago i was reporting a lot of hakers, no one of them was banned. So that problem is not new. CF just dont care about cheats, as long as enough people buy ZP in a legal way.
Games like FreeForAll or MutantMode are suffering under hakers... In a normal game its hard to kick a hacker, cause the team of the hacker dont want to lose, but in Mutant mode you dont even get the chance to kick him (now them)...
CF is overrunning by cheats and no one ****** cares...
The best thing is, that such topic are deleted very fast. (same story a year ago)

The Support Team doesn't work on the weekends. Therefore, the ticket has only been valid for 3 business days. Also, the support team receives numerous (tipping on the thousands) of reports a day. They mark them on priority, and by category (speed hackers are a top priority, BUT there are tons of them). What I suggest is playing organized games (for example, forumer games, or pugs, if you can't scrim).
