Why can't you guys just check if a person moves more than a certain amount of pixels in a certain amount of time and automatically kick them? And if your worried about kicking laggers you could make the amount of pixels and time relative to their ping.

Note: I am NOT a noob, this is an alternate account and I do not forum much.
