I've reported tons of hackers. I would report more, but I feel sad for the devs who have to look at the reports. I only report if it's a serious aimbot / speed hack.

same. earlier some kid was aimbotting in echo 8. he 360ed it was funny. he was a 2nd lt too.. was in the clan scorn.. so dum kids like that hack..
