I have no idea about this badge system.
How can i get badges?

Scout B2 is 1000 EXP/EP

Scout Badge:
b2 Bulletproof Vest 7 Days

Elite Badge:
c3 Green Muzzle Flame 7day and 30000 gp
b1 M60-adv 7 Days

Could someone post a picture/link to a picture of the new kill mark?

The M4 C-C looks different.

Your assasin killmarks could be C-B-A class in the badge system.

Soldier B2

For some reason I just got bulletproof helmet for soldier B2, not an m4a1-c-c or so.

Soldier Badge:
C1 2000gp
C2 5000gp
C3 Blue Muzzle Flame (7 Days)
B1 ak47 camo (7 days)
B2 M4-C-C (7 days)

Sniper Badge:
C1 2000gp
C2 5000gp
C3 Green Muzzle Flame (7 Days)
B1 PSG-1 (7 days)

Scout Badge:
C1 2000gp
C2 5000gp
C3 Muzzle Flame (7 days)
B1 mp5 adv (7 days)

Assassin Badge:
C1 2000gp
C2 5000gp
C3 Green Muzzle Flame (7 Days)
B1 Desert Eagle Scope (7 Days) and new killmarks for knife kills.
B2 Wide Grenade (7 Days)
B3 Shovel (7 days)

Elite Badge:
C1 2000gp
C2 5000gp
C3 30000gp (Pretty sure you get a muzzle flame for 7 days as well).
B1 M60-Adv (7 days)

At C1, B1 and A1 players get a kill mark "improvements" or in other words a new kill mark.
